Project Manager

Seeking Project Manager with specific experience in restorartion construction, MUST have experience in scoping and estimating losses using XACTIMATE software, and must possess Project Sales ability. Job responisibilites include; settling claims, creating bids, invoicing, managing budgets and job costs, coordinating sub-contractors, leading and directing all workers on job sites, scheduling jobs, and managing inventory. Water Damage Technician

Opening for goal oriented, organized techs for Fire and Water Damage remediation. This position requires flexibility, resourcefulness and superior customer service skills. Responsible for inspections, evaluation and mitigation of water damage, documentation and report submittal, including scope of repairs. Available to work afterhours and weekends as needed. Must be able to perform strenuous physical work, pass drug screening, background check. Experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate.
