Project Coordinator for Mitigation Department
Schedule Work. Communicate. Solve Problems. Deliver Excellence.
At MSB Inc., we don’t just answer phones—we restore homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, and other property damage. Behind every successful project is an organized, responsive team, and our Project Coordinator is at the center of making that happen.
We are looking for a bright, energetic, highly organized, and proactive Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the person who keeps everything moving. This is a critical, in-office position that supports our mitigation team, project managers, technicians, customers, subcontractors, and vendors every single day.
This is an on-site position in our Agoura Hills office. Because this role is responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, coordinating field staff, receiving deliveries, processing physical documents, and providing real-time support to our technicians and project managers, remote or hybrid work is not available.

- Receiving deliveries, processing physical paperwork, and managing office correspondence.
- Welcoming clients and visitors while assisting with general front office operations.
- Helping ensure projects stay organized, deadlines are met, and information flows efficiently between the office and the field.
Why This Role Matters
This position is much more than an administrative assistant. The Project Coordinator serves as the communication hub for our mitigation department. When this role is successful, our technicians stay informed, our customers receive exceptional service, our Project Managers stay organized, and our projects continue moving forward efficiently. You will play a direct role in the success of our entire team.
If you enjoy staying busy, solving problems, supporting others, and making a meaningful impact every day, we’d love to meet you.
