With over 40 years of hands-on emergency service and construction experience, Mark Eaton understands both the technical and human sides of property restoration. He brings that perspective to mentoring MSB’s leaders, fostering integrity, a strong work ethic, and continuous learning to help employees solve complex challenges and better serve our customers.
Ruben Rubalcava
Estimating Manager
Ruben’s brings accuracy and clarity to every project estimate by thorough inspection and scope visits. His level of customer care and devotion has developed a steady stream of well-deserved customer referrals.

Emergency Services Division Manager
With more than 27 years in property restoration, Regina leads MSB’s Emergency Services and Contents Division. Her expertise spans fire and smoke, water mitigation, mold remediation, and contents restoration across complex commercial and residential projects. She is passionate about technical excellence and helping clients navigate challenging property losses.

Bob brings 45+ years of diverse construction and management experience to MSB. Office Manager
During nearly 12 years with MSB and 15 years in the industry, Ashley has built her leadership around people. A skilled listener and solution-focused problem solver, she helps customers and coworkers navigate challenges while supporting the people, training and systems that allow an employee-owned MSB to bring its best every day.
Heidi Greening
CFO
Heidi leads the accounting department in our Escondido corporate office and has the uncanny skill of juggling an enormous amount of daily financial functions that is just mind boggling to most people. Somehow she has the tenacity and resourcefulness to get it all done.
