Lead Technician
Build Relationships. Solve Problems. Deliver Excellence.
As a Lead Restoration Technician at MSB, you’ll play a key role in helping homeowners, businesses and communities recover after water, fire and other property damage. You’ll lead and support restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality work, clear communication and excellent customer service.
This is an active, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in solving problems, working with a team and making a real difference during a challenging time for our clients.
What you’ll do
No two days are the same. You’ll work with clients, perform inspections,
develop scopes of work, prepare estimates and guide projects through the restoration process.
Inspect & Assess
Meet with building owners and managers, inspect affected areas, document losses
Estimate & Plan
Develop scope of work, prepare mitigation plan and gather materials
Manage the Project
Coordinate and lead restoration work, assign tasks & ensure quality
Communicate
Keep clients, team members, and office staff informed throughout the project
Ensure Quality
Follow industry standards, safety procedures and company processes to deliver great results

Required Qualifications
- Prior restoration or construction experience preferred
- Valid California driver’s license (clean record)
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift 75+ Ibs and perform physically demanding work
- Detail oriented and organized
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independenly and as part of a team
Additional Skills a Plus
- IICRC Certifications
- Restoration or insurance reconstruction experience
- Experience estimating fire, water, mold, or other property damage repairs
- Experience working directly with homeowners, commercial property owners, and insurance adjusters
- Experience with insurance claims and coverages
- Existing industry relationships or referral network
