What does a Lead Restoration Technician do at MSB?
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to take on a role as a Lead Technician. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong background in the restoration industry. This role involves responding to various restoration needs, including but not limited to water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation. As a Lead Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring properties to their pre-damage condition, ensuring safety and satisfaction for our clients. You will be responsible for crews on job sites to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Qualifications (Requirements):

- Fluent in English
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
- Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
- Desire to continually learn new things
- Industry experience & knowledge
- Ability to use iPad to document project progress, crew sheets and more.
Abilities Needed:
- Knowledge of restoration processes related to fire damage and water damage.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for building and repair tasks.
- Understanding of safety regulations within the restoration industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry standards.
- Experience and Passion for being a Leader on a team
- OPTIONAL/HELPFUL: IICRC Certification is helpful if you have that. We do pay for training to obtain this certifications.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment.

- You must have a clean driving record (no prior DUIs) to drive our company vehicles.
- You must pass drug testing and a background check.
