The MSB Disaster Recovery Services team is comprised of professionals who have established themselves as recognized leaders in the specialized industry of Restoration and Reconstruction of properties damaged by Fire, Flood, Wind, and Earthquake.
Mark Eaton and Jim Carswell are licensed General Contractors with over 30 years of combined experience in the restoration industry. Both are members of all major industry organizations and hold numerous certifications in restoration including Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor, Water Damage Restoration Technician, Fire Damage Restoration Technician and Odor Control.
Together they have been instrumental in developing training courses used within the industry and have written numerous articles on the subject of Emergency Response and the deodorization of contents and structures.
All MSB Disaster Recovery Services technicians and service team members receive on-going training and education to remain at the leading edge of technology, procedures, and environmental and health issues.
